It does reek of being a knock off the grudge. I also found the Ringu rehash scene a bit too unoriginal. tsk tsk. The movie posters gave them away. Good thing I didnt see em before I entered the theater. Claudine and Kris didnt seem like siblings with the way the story was presented. It actually seemed like Claudine lived in a timeframe decades before Kris'.
