Manila as a whole is a really beautiful place.. depende yan sa titingin. And ano bang siyudad sa mundo ang hindi peligroso sa mga mandurukot at magnanakaw? even the high-end streets of new york, paris, london, tokyo etc are all infested with robbers, hold-uppers, snatchers and the likes.
